黄牛
“黄牛”就是俗称的“票贩子”，指利用手段或组织大量人力集体采购物资及票务凭证后高价出售以图利的人。黄牛党大多为地痞人员、城市中的无职业人群，一方面利用各种利益关系购买大量票，一方面高价出售着大量的票。黄牛党往往大量集群结社，利用非法手段独占票源，挤压竞争对手往往造成群殴、械斗等，造成大量治安问题。

"Huangniu", literally "yellow cattle", is used as a metaphor to refer to the scalpers who amass a huge number of people and use all sorts of methods to purchase resources and tickets in order to sell high and make profit. The scalpers are usually hoodlums or unemployed people in the city. They take advantage of all kinds of connections to get hold of a large quantity of tickets on one hand, and sell the tickets at exorbitant prices on the other hand. The scalpers usually gang up and monopolize ticket sources illegally. Armed fights and group fights were often involved to crush competitors, causing a serious security headache.
